Imposter Syndrome

More "Self-Awareness" or how to deal with the Imposter Syndrome

How can I become more self-aware and how can I stop being afraid of being exposed as an ‘impostor’?
I know this all too well, I too have often felt out of place and my self-confidence has suffered enormously as a result, standing in the way of my career.
What helped me was finally being more aware of myself! Who am I and what can I do and why do I have every reason to be sitting here in this meeting room or standing there on the stage?
IIt wasn't easy, but I did it. And now I want to use my experience and knowledge of the psyche to support others.

Step 1 - How well do you know yourself?

We start with you! In my coaching sessions, I almost always realise that hardly anyone takes the time to look at themselves anymore. But this is immensely important, because how can we convince others of ourselves if we don't know ourselves and aren't convinced of ourselves?

Step 2 - Development of a Plan

I'll follow up and we'll identify where your saboteurs are still standing in your way.

Step 3 - Reality check

I give you homework and we find opportunities where you can test your new self-confidence in real life. It is only through real experiences and constant repetition that we can reprogram the brain connections. You must always remain true to yourself.
Let me be clear: this is not about 'optimising' you. Nobody needs to be 'optimised'! I'm here to show you how to step out of your comfort zone and still feel good.
