Executive Transition & Strategic Sparring for Leaders
I support senior leaders in career transition phases – particularly when long-standing internal success needs to be translated into a clear and credible position in the external market.

Why work with me?
Empathy
I work with a deep understanding of individual perspectives and professional contexts.
This creates a space where reflection is possible and development can unfold with clarity and trust.
Experience
With over thirty years of experience in business and leadership roles, I understand the realities of organizations from the inside.
This experience shapes my work with HR teams, leaders, and professionals across different roles.
Sustainable Development
My work focuses on creating lasting impact rather than short-term interventions.
Whether in coaching, workshops, or integrated concepts, the goal is development that makes sense in everyday work.

I’m Astrid Steingrüber.
I worked in IT for over 30 years – more than 13 of those in leadership positions in sales. Most recently, I was part of the European leadership team at Intel.
I understand performance pressure, conflicting goals, working in international teams, and responsibility – not from theory, but from hands-on experience.
This experience enables collaboration on equal footing – even in demanding environments.
In one-on-one sparring with leaders, a space emerges for reflection and new perspectives. Many of the issues that become visible are not rooted in personal shortcomings, but in structures, expectations, and the dynamics of the work environment.
This is why my work always considers the broader context of teams and organizations.
What I Offer

Business Coaching
In individual sparring, we define a clear strategic direction for your next career step – especially when translating long-standing experience into a credible and compelling position in the external market.
The focus is on strategic positioning, executive profile development, and decision-making in complex environments.
At the core is sparring on equal footing, grounded in a realistic understanding of organizational dynamics, expectations, and decision-making processes.

Team-Workshops
I work with teams and leaders on concrete questions within their organizational context – particularly in situations where collaboration, roles, and expectations need to be realigned.
The focus is on collaboration in complex structures, decision-making processes, and cultural dynamics.
The work is practical, reflective, and designed to develop sustainable solutions – without standard formats or predefined approaches.

Keynote Talks
In my keynotes, I address central questions around leadership, collaboration, and positioning in organizations – particularly in times of transition and change.
The talks are designed to create reflection and offer new perspectives on roles, decision-making, and organizational and cross-cultural dynamics.
Podcast
#HerPerspective:
Women Who Inspire

Women are often underestimated in business and politics — seen as too sensitive, too quiet, or not assertive enough. In my podcast, I speak with women who prove the opposite.
Why a focus on women matters
Working with women in positions of responsibility is not a separate or niche topic for me.
Many of the challenges women face point to broader questions of role expectations, visibility, and collaboration within organizations.
Anyone who aims to support women therefore needs to consider structures, communication, and culture — not just individual development.
This is exactly where my work is positioned.
