For me, one thing is clear: True strength comes not from fitting in, but from being authentic.
Hi, I am Astrid.
As a business coach, trainer, and speaker, I have been supporting women in leadership positions and young talents at the start of their careers for over 20 years, helping them gain clarity about their goals and to carve out their very own path in their careers. With more self-confidence, inner strength, and a good sense for what truly suits them.
My mission is to support women in finding their voice—quiet or loud, but always genuine. This way, they won’t have to compromise themselves in male-dominated industries, but can confidently and authentically claim their space.

Why I Coach Women
Because I love to see people grow. Because I want to contribute to a world where everyone can be as they are—with all their edges, quirks, strengths, and dreams.
I am all too familiar with the reality out there: Women often still have a hard time being accepted and successful in their careers. Some try to adapt or at least not to stand out. They speak more softly, dress more inconspicuously—and often lose a piece of themselves in the process. They might function this way, but it doesn’t lead to success. Because success only comes when we are authentic and confident. When we know our strengths and pursue the goals we want to achieve in life—without letting external expectations limit us.
This is precisely what I have achieved, and I did it without a university degree (even if that fact troubled me in the past). But I have shown myself and the world: It doesn’t matter who holds which title. And you can do it too!
How I work
As a coach — and someone who’s led teams myself — I help women build confidence, get clear on what they want, and take up the space they deserve. My style? Hands-on, honest, and down-to-earth. No buzzwords, no fluff.
Whether it’s a coaching session, workshop, or keynote, I’m not just sharing tools. I’m here to spark something real — ideas that stick and changes that last. I don’t just want to guide you. I want to make a difference.
My Path to Coaching
In 2019, while traveling through India, I found myself in the mountain town of McLeod Ganj — home of the Dalai Lama. By chance, I stumbled into a powerful exchange between Buddhist monks and scientists, where ancient wisdom met modern research. I was especially struck by the work of Professor Richard Davidson and his studies on the mind.
That moment lit a spark. It led me deep into the worlds of meditation, psychology, and eventually coaching. What started as a journey outward turned into one within. And today, I know: this is my path — helping people create lives that feel true, grounded, and deeply fulfilling.
My Values
Individuality
I see everyone as an individual and I find nothing more boring than trying to fit in. I believe true success only comes when we are authentic.
Freedom
Freedom and intuition guide me—in life, art, and coaching. I don’t follow scripts; I listen deeply and ask what truly matters.
Curiosity
For years, I’ve been drawn to psychology and coaching. Now, I’m all in—driven by a growth mindset, always learning, always evolving. That energy fuels my work.
Purpose
What a ‘heavyweight’ word! Only through coaching did I discover what truly drives me: working with people. It’s what fulfills me. It’s what truly matters.
